Thad Le-Vasicek

The focus of my continuing research is to enhance the activity and stability of enzymes immobilized to magnetic nanoparticles. My lab specifically studies how the particle modifications affect the performance of immobilized cellulases in the context of developing reusable catalysts for biofuel production.
